Due to the high volume of requests, phone calls do not guarantee an immediate response or appointment scheduling. 210 Pet Grooming LLC does not guarantee appointments requested solely through phone calls, voicemail messages, social media, or any method other than our official booking system.
Submitting an online request does not guarantee an appointment. All requests are subject to review, information verification, and confirmation by 210 Pet Grooming LLC. We reserve the right to request additional information, including pet photographs, vaccination records, grooming history, weight, age, or any other information necessary before approving an appointment.

If a customer does not wish for their pet to appear in photographs or promotional materials, they must notify us in writing before the appointment. 210 Pet Grooming LLC will never publish a customer’s personal information without authorization.
19. Service Agreement
All customers receiving grooming services must agree to and comply with the 210 Pet Grooming LLC Service Agreement and Liability Waiver. This agreement contains additional terms regarding service policies, cancellations, medical conditions, senior pets, aggressive behavior, veterinary emergencies, and limitations of liability.
